I do work on all kinds of stringed musical instruments. Electric guitars and basses, acoustic guitars and basses, mandolins, ukeleles, and even violins or cellos. I do primarily instrument setups, fret work, and upgrades and modification installs that require to be retrofitted. I also have the ability to do finishing options as well as prepping bare wood guitars for finishing. Get a beautiful lacquer finish sprayed on your instrument in whatever color and clear coat you choose. I can’t very well call myself a tech without also providing repairs and general maintenance and upkeep for guitar and bass amplifiers. Bringyour tube amp or solid state and know that it’s in good hands. I am also able to make saddles for acoustic guitars and nuts for both electric and acoustic instruments as well. As far as fretting work and jobs go I do complete fret dresses. A complete dress requires the leveling of the frets of the entire fretboard, then the frets must be recrowned, and then filed and polished back to desired luster. The same process is done on all refrets as well, which is when the frets in the neck are no longer able to do their jobs due to ware and lack of fret material left on the fingerboard.
