By 2039, we’ll see 15% fewer 18-year-olds entering the workforce each year.? ?? Retirements are accelerating. In the next decade, 30% of the population will be at retirement age. ?? AI isn’t replacing all jobs — it’s creating new ones. AI is expected to create 1.8M net new jobs by 2030 But without reskilling, companies won’t be ready to fill them.? ?? Hiring won’t solve this. By 2032, we’ll have 6 million more job openings than people to fill them. ?? Half of the top 8 barriers to business growth are talent-related. Skills gaps— not AI —are the real roadblock.
