There’s a serious gap in our society—what happens when someone becomes #sick, whether physically or mentally, or suffers a vaccine injury, including from COVID-19, and can no longer work? Even after paying into the system, people are forced to #prove their illness significantly impacts their health. By the time they apply and wait for a decision, they’ve often burned through savings, lost access to health insurance, struggled financially, lost housing, and even their support system. While there are many resources—private and nonprofit case management/social work services, attorneys, food banks, and medical providers—accessing them is unnecessarily difficult. The issue isn’t a lack of services; it’s that navigating them is #overwhelming and #exhausting. Click here to #schedulemeeting https://lnkd.in/eD4byjU6 #Learn more — how our service can take on the burden of navigating the system, bridging gaps between medical and social service providers, facilitating conversations, and ensuring people get the support they need. The goal is simple: to be #heard, #seen, and #supported. By removing unnecessary barriers, we can ensure people get the help they need and focus on what truly matters—to live their lives on their terms. #BeSeenBeHeard #AdvocacyMatters #DisabilitySupport #HealthcareAccess #ChronicIllness #VaccineInjurySupport #NavigatingTheSystem #YouAreNotAlone #SupportWithoutBarriers #QualityOfLifeMatters

#Disability isn’t static, and neither are the challenges that come with it. Accessing #disabilitypayments shouldn’t be an uphill battle—it’s a basic human right, not a privilege. Especially when people have paid into the system while they were able to work, they shouldn’t have to fight for support if their health changes and leads to disability. This is even more critical when the government mandated the COVID-19 #vaccine and now continues to ignore the reality of #vaccineinjuries, pretending they don’t exist. Every other vaccine comes with warnings—except for COVID-19. Those who were harmed deserve #acknowledgment, #medicalcare, and #financial support, not denial and dismissal. If you need assistance with applying for disability paperwork, feel free to reach out. We can help navigate the process, ensure the necessary documentation is in order, and guide you through the steps to improve your chances of approval. #DisabilityRights #SSDIHelp #DisabilityAdvocacy #SupportMatters #NavigatingDisability #YouAreNotAlone #HealthcareAccess #ChronicIllnessSupport #FightingForFairness #GetTheSupportYouNeed

The real issue here is that the government has weaponized COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccine against regular people—many of whom were harmed and continue to suffer. Right now, it is critical that we investigate how spike proteins from both COVID-19 and the vaccine affect the body at a cellular level. Most importantly, we need to focus on providing real support to those struggling with severe long-term health consequences. People are still being harmed, and they continue to face medical dismissal, financial devastation, and a lack of access to care. From disability support to proper treatment options, these individuals have been neglected. We must push for answers, advocate for research into the effects of the spike protein, and demand accountability from those responsible. As we move forward, it is imperative that we work together to bring change, demand transparency, and ensure that those harmed are truly seen, heard, and supported. If action isn’t taken now, these individuals will continue to suffer, and the failures of the past will only be compounded. #MedicalAccountability #VaccineInjured #JusticeForAll #PublicHealthCrisis #LongCovid #HealthEquity #SupportTheInjured #WeDeserveAnswers #AdvocacyMatters #HealingAndJustice NASW #socialworkers #compassionplusaction

I’m writing this because I’ve witnessed firsthand how #compassion is often overlooked in social and healthcare systems. There is a lack of care coordination across various systems, leaving individuals lost in the cracks between services. I created #CoachingforCare because I saw how many systems focus more on paperwork than #people, on efficiency rather than #empathy. I believe that advocacy should always be human-centered. When professionals lose sight of why they entered this field, it’s the people who need help the most who end up suffering. For me, this isn’t just about principles—it’s about action. Compassion isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. It builds trust, strengthens communities, and leads to better outcomes for those navigating complex systems. I write to remind others of this truth, to spark change, and to ensure that no one feels unheard or unseen in a system that is meant to #support them. #CompassionInCare #HumanCenteredAdvocacy #HealthcareJustice #CareCoordination #EmpathyInAction #AdvocacyForAll #PeopleOverPaperwork #HealthcareSupport #ClientEmpowerment #ChangeThroughCompassion #SocialImpact #BeSeenBeHeardBeSupported

Having the #rightadvocate means having someone who truly understands your needs, fights for your best interests, and ensures your voice is heard in situations where you might otherwise be overlooked or dismissed. The right advocate is #knowledgeable, #persistent, and #compassionate—whether navigating complex healthcare systems, securing essential social services, or defending your rights. They don’t just speak on your behalf; they empower you, ensuring you are #seen, #heard, and #supported every step of the way. #AdvocacyMatters #BeSeenBeHeardBeSupported #Empowerment #RightAdvocate #VoiceForTheVoiceless #HealthcareAdvocate #SocialJustice #SupportMatters #NavigatingCare #CompassionInAction

Enough with the same cycles of division and indifference. The reality we create must be one where selfless acts and empathy shape our world. True change doesn’t come from words alone—it comes from showing up, lifting others, and choosing kindness without expectation. When we lead with compassion, we build a reality where everyone is seen, heard, and supported. #EmpathyInAction #BeTheChange #HumanityFirst

March is Social Work Month, a time to honor the incredible work of social workers and advocates who dedicate themselves to helping others, often behind the scenes. As an independent #advocate with Guide2Care, I am reminded daily that #selflessacts are at the #heart of what we do. These are the acts that go beyond personal gain, driven by #kindness, #empathy, and a #genuine desire to make a difference. Whether it’s guiding individuals through the complexities of #social, #health, and #housing-related needs, or providing unwavering support during life’s toughest moments, every step we take is for the benefit of others. ?? Social work is about standing in the gap for those who need help the most—it’s about creating change with compassion, understanding, and resilience. This month, let’s all take a moment to reflect on the selfless acts that make our #communities stronger and more #connected. #SocialWorkMonth #SelflessActs #Guide2Care #Advocacy #CompassionateSupport #SocialWork

Honoring #Women in #SocialWork: A Legacy of #Strength, #Advocacy, and #Justice Social Work Month is a time to recognize the incredible women who have shaped and continue to lead this profession. From Jane Addams, who co-founded Hull House in 1889, to the countless women today fighting for mental health access, social justice, and human rights, their impact is immeasurable. But we must also uplift the Black women in social work whose contributions have often been overlooked despite their profound impact. #DorothyHeight, the "godmother of the civil rights movement," used her social work background to champion racial and gender equality. #IdaBWells, known for her fearless journalism, also laid the groundwork for community organizing and social reform. #FannieLouHamer fought for voting rights and economic justice, embodying the spirit of social work in action. Today, women—especially Black women—continue to lead movements for change, advocating for marginalized communities, breaking down systemic barriers, and ensuring that social work remains a force for justice, dignity, and care. Let’s honor their legacy, celebrate their resilience, and commit to amplifying voices in the fight for a more just and equitable world. #SocialWorkMonth #WomenInSocialWork #BlackWomenInSocialWork #Advocacy #JusticeAndCompassion #compassionplusaction
