    ?? We recently sat down with one of our customers, Captain Larry Jones of the Page Police Department, to discuss how Guardian Alliance? is impacting their recruitment process. The conversation revealed a powerful truth: time saved in hiring directly translates to increased competitiveness in attracting top talent. Captain Jones shared an "aha" moment, emphasizing the challenge of hiring officers in today's environment. "The time that we take from our process to hire a police officer is long and costly. And so anytime, anything we can do in that process where we're saving some time or saving some cost, is a big thing. Especially nowadays, with the environment that we're in, it's difficult to hire officers." He highlighted that Guardian's platform significantly speeds up background investigations, giving them a crucial edge when candidates are considering multiple agencies. ?? He further explained how Guardian streamlines the process: "Once we get through the initial testing process and we decide who we want to move forward with, we just throw their information in the Guardian platform and then it basically does the work for you."     ?? In our recent webinar featuring Sergeant Todd Baker from the Washington County Sheriff's Office, we had a fantastic discussion on innovative recruitment strategies in law enforcement. ?? One of the biggest "aha" moments came when Sergeant Baker shared their agency's approach to applicant triage. Instead of waiting until later in the process, they use PHQs right at the beginning, sent to everyone who meets the minimum qualifications. "We filtered out over 800 applicants that never went to pre-suit or panel interviews because of triage,” Sergeant Baker explained. This allows them to efficiently identify and remove applicants with automatic disqualifiers or those who simply don't follow instructions. Think about the time and resources that saves!
