Today and always, we choose to welcome refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants, and all individuals or families facing hardship, with open arms. For 58 years, Guadalupe Center has stood unwavering in its support of those who are often overlooked or marginalized—because the need for compassion, dignity, and respect is greater than any policy or election. This dedication is deeply woven into our broader history—a history, like our nation's, that celebrates the story of immigrants. Whether our roots here go back generations or are newly planted, we share the common thread of seeking opportunity, safety, and community. Immigrants are integral to Utah's economy, culture, and future, contributing billions in taxes, filling essential roles in our workforce, and enriching our communities with diversity and resilience. They are also our neighbors, friends, and ancestors. Yet, too many still face barriers to acceptance and opportunity, challenges that cannot be ignored or sidelined by shifting political tides. We refuse to let our mission be influenced by rhetoric or limited by who's in office. Guadalupe Center continues alongside our families, standing as a beacon of hope—a place to learn, belong, and thrive. Today, we stand firm on this vision, driven by the belief that real change starts here. With each of us binding together for a more just and inclusive future. Stand with us by making a donation today:?guadalupeutah.org/give

Right now, immigrant and refugee families in our community face an uphill battle. Shifting policies and funding cuts are threatening the very programs they rely on: access to education, essential English classes, food security, mental health resources, and more. Families who have already sacrificed so much to build a better life are now at risk of losing the support they need most. At Guadalupe Center, we are committed to making sure that never happens. For decades, we've stood as a safe haven, a place where children can learn, parents can thrive, and families can find hope, no matter where they come from or what challenges they face. A donation today ensures our doors stay open for every family, every day. When others close their doors, we open ours. Your support is more than a donation, it's a lifeline. It means a child gets the education they deserve. It means a mother or father can learn English to build a better future for their family. It means no family is left behind. If you believe in dignity, opportunity, in standing up for those who need us most, take action: give today. Together, we can ensure that every family who walks through our doors finds the support, safety, and hope they deserve. We are deeply grateful for the lasting impact of Paul Ballard?Keyser, a cherished supporter of Guadalupe Center, who passed away in 2023. Paul's dedication to education and opportunity lives on through a generous legacy gift from his estate, recently presented by his children in front of our Early Learning Center - a cause Paul championed because he knew that early education transforms lives. Paul’s children were introduced to Guadalupe through their father’s unwavering commitment to our mission, and as they toured our campus, they saw firsthand the impact he helped create. We are honored that they will continue his legacy of support, ensuring that generations of immigrant, refugee, and impoverished children and families have the opportunity to learn, belong, and thrive. Paul’s life is a powerful reminder that one person’s generosity can shape the future. By including Guadalupe in his estate, he ensured that his values and vision would live on, helping children and families break barriers and build brighter futures. If you, like Paul, believe in the power of education to transform lives, we invite you to consider making a legacy gift to Guadalupe Center. Your impact will extend far beyond your lifetime, changing lives for generations to come. Thank you, Paul, for believing in Guadalupe Center and our community!
