The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has vacated the DOL's final rule that increased the salary threshold for overtime exemptions. This means a return to the pre-July 2024 salary level for white-collar employees. ? What does this mean for your business? ? Lower Compliance Costs: Employers can now avoid the increased costs associated with the higher salary threshold.
