Bad Intention: You view outreach as a series of transactions to achieve an outcome, like booking a meeting. Good Intention: You stop treating your outreach as transactions. Our marketing started generating metrics the business cares about when we changed our intention. Start creating good intentions. And you’ll be surprised what happens.
