They shared how Ramp uses AI to scale their go-to-market efforts. They use a few AI tools such as Rox and Actively AI, but really dug into how Momentum.io helps, such as: 1. AI-Driven Deal Risk Alerts: Saving Deals Before They’re Lost Sales leaders always want to catch at-risk deals?before?they slip away. However, manually tracking?buyer engagement signals across calls, emails, and meetings?in a fast-paced environment isn’t scalable. Ramp solved this problem with?Momentum’s AI-powered risk alerts. “We really want to catch those deals before we lose them. So now, if a buyer is disengaged—camera off, vague objections, noncommittal language—Momentum automatically pings the manager in Slack to step in before it’s too late.” 2.     I got another "What if" Exercise for you... connected to my last thought exercise... around agents and impact on GTM teams -> https://lnkd.in/gUYWdUZS I've been closely watching the rapid evolution of AI capabilities, especially: - Custom chatbots like Claude Projects, CustomGPTs, Google Gems OpenAI specifically is releasing a ton of tech this last little while with Google not far behind, but I will showcase OpenAI with a few of theirs such as: - The Sora release - OpenAI's Operator - The 4o-task automation capability - o3 release yesterday All of them have obviously different strengths and weaknesses, but I bring this up because I see things floating around Linkedin on how teams are using CustomGPTs and Sora and Tasks, and Operator as assistants in their workflows, which I LOVE to see, no complaints.. however, that is what we did in 2024. In 2025... its about connecting all those assistants together and taking the human out of the center. So I have a prophecy/prediction. We believe we're going to see a "connecting agent" emerge (whether from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Imagine OpenAI releases some feature or agent that is the connecting pieces between all of the functions, SearchGPT to Sora to Tasks, to Operator and can manage the entire workload between them all AND helps each one communicate together. So it basically: - Orchestrate communication between AI tools - Handle context switching automatically - Manage task delegation - Synthesize outputs coherently - Create a unified GTM AI ecosystem ?????? ???????????? ?????? ?????? ??????????: - Automated market research combining multiple AI analyses - Seamless content creation across formats (text → video → images) - Real-time strategy adaptation based on multi-tool insights - Integrated campaign management across all channels - One unified training approach for your entire GTM stack ?????????? ?????????? ????????: - What if your GPTs could talk to each other? - What if Sora could automatically enhance content from ChatGPT? - What if Operator could coordinate all your AI tools without your oversight? - What if your team only needed to learn one unified system? - What if someone on the GTM team was to create and manage GPTs that would fit inside a larger ecosystem of OpenAIs tech's capabilities? Please note I know this is possible already using other tools and connections, but OpenAI does not have it… yet.     My $300 ring taught me more about AI's impact on GTM than all my years in SaaS. After a heart scare a few years ago, I needed more than unreliable phone apps. I needed real data. I researched a ton and ended up buying an ōURA ring which gave me access to critical heart metrics and sleep patterns I never knew existed, until they became vital to monitor. What I discovered changed everything: - Data that was always there but invisible to me - Patterns that phone apps missed completely - Insights that transformed my daily decisions - The power of prevention over reaction I literally took the read out of my ring and went to the doctor along with blood pressure measurements (which sadly Oura does not track yet) and had a rich and in depth conversation about options to help me. No I did not have a heart attack and yes I am ok and on pace with my plan, but a large part of that was having access to metrics and data.... When I teach at Bryant University or advise AI companies, I always use this comparison. It's not perfect, but it's the best example I have to demonstrate why AI is so powerful beyond just automation. Because here's the thing: Just like my ring revealed invisible health metrics, AI is exposing critical business signals we've been blind to for years: 1. "The Data Reality" My ring: Shows heart patterns I never knew existed Your Business: AI reveals customer, employee, and market patterns hiding in plain sight 2. "Beyond Basic Metrics" My ring: Not just steps—deep sleep patterns, recovery signals, readiness scores Your Business: Not just basic KPIs—interaction patterns, behavior signals, prediction indicators 3. "Real-Time Impact" My ring: Alerts me before issues escalate Your Business: AI flags opportunities and risks before they become obvious 4. "Decision Revolution" My ring: Changed how I approach each day Your Business: Changes how you approach every business decision 5. "The Trust Factor" My ring: Moved me from anxiety to confidence Your Business: Moves you from gut feelings to data-driven decisions 6. "Prevention Power" My ring: Helps avoid health issues Your Business: Helps prevent missed opportunities and market shifts 7. "The Knowledge Unlock" My ring: Shows me what I didn't know I needed to know Your Business: Reveals insights you didn't know you were missing 8. "Change vs. Status Quo" Real talk: Whether it's health or business, the hardest part isn't getting the data—it's learning to trust it over instinct. What is the value of having better data to make better decisions? For me, its quite literally helping me with my life, not to be too dramatic, but its true. I feel its the same for businesses and teams. ->The quality of data you have access to impacts the quality of decisions, which impacts the quality and health of the business<- Every role.
