Awesome weekend at CornCon Cybersecurity Conference with John D. Johnson Winn Schwartau and many others. Amazing relationships were built and grown. The GT Edge AI workshop went great together with my lead AI Developer David Simpson. One of my most important takeaways was that after a few weeks of me coaching David on AI, he ("hackweasel")placed second in his first CTF in 30 minutes using AI tools vs. the 3 hours taken by the winner. This is AI Literacy in Action! last week at the Loudoun Economic Development LoCo Cyber Meetup! Aneesha K., rising Senior at Loudoun County Public Schools LCPS Career, Technical, & Adult Education (CTAE) together with James Barogh rising Freshman at Northern Virginia Community College showcased the Learning AI Assistants they built on the bionicgpt Private AI platform running Groq and Ollama open source Llama 3.1 LLM's from AI at Meta. Kevin Latchford, CCNA, CSM ran the Offensive AI Lab and demonstrated uncensored AI models for Cyber use cases. The future is now. By the time these students finish college in ~5 years, we will have PhD+ level AI with autonomous humanoid robots doing many daily tasks. We must roll out AI Literacy programs immediately.
