Monday night, Georgia State University honored exceptional faculty with the Celebrating Faculty Excellence event. Honorees included newly appointed and re-appointed Regents' Professors and GSU Distinguished University Professors, as well as GSU faculty award winners and newly promoted and/or tenured faculty. The event also recognized the Experiential, Project-based, Interdisciplinary Curriculum (EPIC) program, which was the inaugural recipient of the University System of Georgia's Regents’ Award for Excellence in High Impact Practices and Experiential Learning.
