Start-ups in emerging economies using cutting edge technology to develop solutions that improve the health, wellness and socio-economic participation of women and girls are encouraged to apply here https://lnkd.in/dStwHRyS before the 08 May 2025.? ? Investing in localized fem tech solutions in developing economies could deliver results on a global scale. Our friends at ShelterBox are hosting an 'Evening for Gaza' later this month (25 Feb). It's an evening of music and readings at The Tabernacle in Notting Hill, aimed at raising funds for Palestinians who have lost their homes in the ongoing conflict in Gaza. Nearly two million people are affected, and while the ceasefire has brought a glimmer of hope, the need for humanitarian relief is urgent. The event will feature Nitin Sawhney and Wizzam Boustani on music, Sinead Cusack and Juliet Stevenson reading, and a screening of the film Sumud by Bruno Sorrentino, along with speeches from those working directly on the ground with ShelterBox. The goal is to raise enough to provide 100 families with Shelter Box kits, which include tents, bedding, cooking supplies, and hygiene products.
