GSI Family Office is the multigeneration family office for the Greco family of Chicago, IL. GSI Family oversees and manages the collective family assets and investments, in addition to providing personal concierge and family services to its shareholders. GSI Family's current assets under management primarily fall into the following broad categories: (1) privately held operating companies in the Food and Beverage sector, (2) commercial real estate, with a focus on industrial, retail, office and agricultural property classes, (3) investment funds, and (4) public securities. The office is currently based in Bartlett, IL and employs approximately 11 people whose functions range from legal, finance, real estate property development/management, investment advice, M&A, shareholder services, among others.
