Grw AI is the Gen AI performance coach for sales. Our AI coaches scale world-class, hyper contextual coaching across teams. Our AI coaches lift sales rep performance, embed company best practices and build rep capabilities. Grw AI's coach, Taylor, is trained on you, your company, your market, your strategy and how you get work done. She then gets to know the individuals within your company as she helps them to win more deals, whilst embedding best practices at the same time. Taylor then highlights for managers where the gaps are across their team and provides intel for executive leadership and enablement that improves strategic decision making. Taylor delivers contextual 1:1 coaching, just like an expert human, but at scale and without human limitations.

    Most of what passes for 'sales coaching' is a complete waste of time. ?? "Great job on that call!" (Translation: I wasn't really listening) ??♂? "Ask more discovery questions." (Translation: I have no specific guidance) ?? "Follow the process." (Translation: I'm too busy to help you) Most sales leaders are phenomenal sellers who became accidental, overwhelmed coaches, responsible for on average 10 direct reports. It's not their fault. The system is broken. When you're juggling forecasts, internal meetings, hiring, and putting out fires, how can you possibly deliver personalized coaching to 10+ reps across dozens of deals? You can't. And that's why 57% of reps miss quota. This is why we built Grw AI. Not to replace human coaches, but to amplify them.     'Do Things That Don't Scale' by Paul Graham is one of the most important startup essays ever — and it's a principle we've fully embraced as we've built Grw AI. Read on for a short example of exactly how we've applied it... ?? From very early on it has been critically important for our AI coaches to be trained up on core internal context from our customers' companies — from their sales playbooks to all the details of their different product offerings. This information forms essential context for the coaching that we deliver, and that ultimately moves the needle on things like win-rates. In the spirit of 'Do Things That Don't Scale' we decided to manage this process for our customers ourselves for the first stage of the company, training the coaches up by hand for each customer we serve, all behind the scenes. This not only allowed us to launch much faster (we didn't have to build a way to automate the whole process in the product up front), but it also forced us to *really* deeply understand the information our customers wanted our coaches trained up on. This meant we were able to use that deep knowledge to build a great automated solution once we had the resources to do so! I'm proud to say we're now reaching this critical point across a range of areas in the product at Grw AI — with Company Files being just one exciting example we're recently released.
