It may look quick and easy, but even a new 'Pop-up' tenancy for Theater Alliance took months of research, tours, planning, and coordination. We're happy to have helped them land a temporary home, and are excited for the local premiere of "Covenant" later this month. https://wapo.st/3NgTRxF

We are helping Rhizome DC, a very special arts group, with their new permanent home. It's a joy to work with such a unique organization that shapes our local culture. Many thanks to D. Wright Sigmund for introducing Grupo7 Architecture + Interiors to Rhizome DC. And thanks to Chris Richards for such a sincere and laudatory article. https://wapo.st/4aqHN5M
Rhizome is D.C.’s best music venue. And now it’s here to stay.

We loved working on this special project. Sometimes those beautifully crafted, thoughtfully created, meticulously managed spaces take extra time and care - the usual KPI's don't apply. But the resulting place becomes a truly memorable experience in the city. Take a moment and sneak down the alley to TheLittleGrand; you'll enjoy what they're up to. Grupo7 has been enjoying the early design work for Andy Cabral from Vigario Management on a new commercial retail building in Lake Ridge, Virginia. How do we combine the friendly, walkable outdoor spaces and amenities with restaurant seating, a Dunkin' drive-thru and retail imperatives? We can do this. Kudos to Diana Milian, P.E. for complex traffic and site work, and Josh Weiner, Retail Real Estate Advisor who will undoubtedly land the right tenant mix. Noah Klein providing expert guidance.
