Great Expectations LLC is a Seattle-based Real Estate firm focused on the development and acquisition of high-quality, affordable and workforce housing. We are driven by our mission of leveraging private capital to rapidly provide the stock of housing needed by the members of our community. Our vision is to create a scalable model that can leveraged by others to bring a rapid solution to our ongoing housing crisis. We treat our tenants as partners in our business, and our investors as valued clients. Our values include a genuine commitment to diversity, a bias to using data in all decisions, and a passion for “paying it forward” to others in the Real Estate community. We are unique in that we are focused in all types of affordable housing development with the exception of that which uses the scarce Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. We also differentiate ourselves by operating our own property management company, Arboreal Management. This allows us to get closer to our customers (tenants) while securing better operations for our clients (investors).
