As pharmacists expand services and bill more to the medical benefit, we've identified and overcome some interesting technical challenges. More like growing pains. Insurance companies are now dealing with pharmacists as a new provider type. The first set of medical claims billed from a pharmacy clinic may error or auto-reject once they hit payer adjudication systems. Additionally, the lack of emerging provider category types within CAQH & payer provider network directories hinders creates artificial barriers in the credentialing & enrollment process. These obstacles can be overcome through collaboration & advocacy within the industry, along with vendor partners that understand the unique needs of pharmacies, who can navigate complex billing systems, and can provide robust support to ensure seamless integration and successful claim submissions. By working together, pharmacists and software companies can identify and overcome these technical barriers, facilitating seamless claim processing and accelerating the adoption of pharmacist-led care models. What specific technical solutions or collaborative approaches have you seen successfully address these billing challenges in pharmacy practice? #pharmacy #pharmacist #healthcare #medicalbilling #providerstatus Video Production by GrowthMatch

Costas K. G., so true!! Quiet leadership isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom in action. We believe that while loud voices grab attention, quiet leaders build trust, inspire growth, and shape resilient teams. Consider this: They don’t just listen—they create space for voices that often go unheard. They don’t just act—they observe, adapt, and guide with intention. Their impact is subtle, but it transforms every interaction and decision. Sometimes, the strongest leadership is found in the silence between the words!

Leadership is not about being the loudest. It’s about listening to what others miss. Think of leadership like a storm: - Loud leaders are the thunder - Grabbing attention, shaking the room. Quiet leaders are the rain Steady, nourishing growth beneath the surface. Both have power. But rain transforms the ground it touches. When I was younger I thought that: Loud means confident, decisive, strong. No. At least not always. Look closer: The loud voice fills the room. But the quiet one fills the gaps. Loud leaders take charge. But quiet leaders make space for others to shine. Loud commands. Quiet connects. Quiet Leadership looks like: 1. It listens before acting. - Every voice matters, and wisdom often whispers. 2. It creates space. - Quiet leaders don’t overpower, they empower. 3. It stays steady in storms. - Calm under pressure brings clarity to chaos. 4. It values balance. - Energy and depth are both essential for a thriving team. 4 Ways to empower Quiet Leadership: 1. Make space for quieter voices. - Ask open questions to bring out their insights. - Their silence might hold your next big idea. 2. Recognize contributions, not just volume. - Celebrate thoughtful ideas. - Acknowledge problem-solvers who work behind the scenes. 3. Encourage 1:1 conversations. - Quiet leaders often thrive in smaller, personal interactions. - Use 1:1 meetings to explore their insights and ideas. 4. Offer tailored growth opportunities. - Assign projects for their unique strengths. - Like problem-solving and empathy - they can shine. Quiet leadership isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom in action. It's not volume. It's vision. ?? Have you felt the power of Quiet leadership yet? --- Please repost ?? if you find this useful. Hit the ?? if you enjoy my content. Engage ?? if you like it

This is more than advice - it’s a responsibility. It’s about showing up in ways you once wished someone had for you. START WITH EMPATHY Remember what it felt like to be unsure but eager, full of ideas but hesitant to speak. Create the space you needed back then. * Demystify the Rules: Share the shortcuts, the politics, and the lessons you learned the hard way. * Share Credit, Take Blame: Let them shine in success and protect them in failure. OPEN DOORS Your role isn’t to gatekeep a - it’s to build bridges. * Connect Them: A simple introduction can open life-changing opportunities. * Ask and Listen: Their fresh perspective might just spark your next big idea. TEACH BEYOND THE JOB You’re shaping future leaders, not just capable employees. * Let Them Fail Safely: Mistakes are where the real growth happens. * Expose Them to Big Conversations: Give them a seat at the table, even if it’s just to observe. STAY HUMAN Leadership isn’t about perfection - it’s about connection. * Check In, Then Check Again: Ask how they’re really doing. * Model Balance: Show them it’s okay to work hard without burning out. * Admit You Don’t Know: Vulnerability builds trust. Being the senior you needed is about legacy. One day, they’ll do the same for someone else because of how you showed up. ??Daniel Abrahams

?? Selling a Business? Think Bigger! Many business owners may be familiar with the traditional brokerage process, but as companies grow and enter competitive markets, it’s time to rethink that approach. In our latest video, Mark Woodbury explains how the dynamics change when selling larger businesses, especially in high-demand industries. Check out the video to learn about the benefits of an auction process. #Business #BusinessStrategy #aution #businessgrowth Video by GrowthMatch

Many business owners understand the traditional brokerage process when selling a company. This process typically involves a broker creating a short memorandum, sharing tax returns, and setting an asking price in hopes of finding a buyer. This approach is common for small businesses under a million dollars in value, where there are often more sellers than buyers. As a result of this market dynamic, close rates can be low, and brokers have a skillset and process more focused on sales and marketing. However, the market dynamic shifts as companies grow larger or operate in desirable industries like software or business services. There's often more buyer interest than companies on the market, leading to higher competition. We often see 10 or more acquisition offers for these types of companies. Setting an asking price can limit potential offers, so we typically elect to run an auction process instead. This involves sharing detailed financial forecasts and business materials with buyers, allowing for a competitive bidding process. The result? Sellers get to choose which buyer they want to work with and receive multiple bids, allowing us to negotiate the best possible price and terms for the business owner. Are you considering a smarter approach when selling your business? #Business #BusinessBroker #Broker #MergersAndAcquisitions Video by GrowthMatch

Why is it helpful to think of your business as a media company? Consider this thought experiment: Imagine your company has 10,000 or even 500,000 LinkedIn followers or newsletter subscribers. What new opportunities would that unlock? From smoother product launches to easier hiring and stronger partnerships, having a large, engaged audience opens doors that go beyond just selling products and services. When you think like a media company, you're better equipped to create content that builds a meaningful connection with your audience, ultimately leading to business growth. Also, the media company mindset pushes you to think in terms of content creation at scale. In today's noisy digital landscape, flooded with AI-generated fluff, the content that stands out is authentic, human-driven content. To keep up, companies need to produce more in various formats and at a higher level of quality than ever before. This shift requires different tools, workflows, and people than what was needed even a few years ago. #ContentStrategy #MediaMindset #AudienceBuilding Video by GrowthMatch?

The shift to decentralized content creation brings both challenges and significant advantages. One of the major benefits is that the people creating the content — whether it's an SDR, designer, customer researcher, or engineer — are typically closer to the customer. This proximity means they have firsthand insights into the challenges and issues that matter most to your market. They're not just content creators; they're subject matter experts who can speak authentically, and their insights are more likely to resonate with potential customers. However, this shift also brings challenges. In a centralized model, marketing was responsible for content creation and had control over the entire process, from ideation to publication. But in a decentralized model, marketing's role changes. Instead of creating all the content, marketing becomes the shepherd of content creation, managing contributions from various team members across the organization. This requires new tools, workflows, and processes to coordinate content production effectively. For marketers, though, this is an exciting transformation. It shifts them from a production mindset to a more strategic role — guiding the overall content direction, ensuring alignment, and driving the company's media function rather than focusing on day-to-day content creation. #DecentralizedContent #MarketingStrategy #ContentOps Video by GrowthMatch?

Self-service BI is like a superpower. Traditionally, businesses rely on a dedicated BI team to manage and flow business data, whether financial metrics, product usage, or customer retention numbers. The BI team knows how to pull the data, query it, and deliver answers, but this process often takes time. Self-service BI changes this by making data accessible to everyone, regardless of technical proficiency. Instead of waiting days for a BI team to provide answers, self-service BI gives business users the power to get the data they need in real-time. This speeds up decision-making and allows the BI team to focus on more complex questions and optimize the overall data infrastructure. How has your organization adapted to make data more accessible to non-technical users? #BusinessIntelligence #BITool #BusinessIntelligenceTool #SelfServiceBI #BITeam Video by GrowthMatch
