PROPELLING PEOPLE, PROFIT and PROCESS Growth Dynamics is a consulting firm focused on manufacturers, their sales representatives and distribution partners with an emphasis in the trade industries. Our mission is to help our clients improve their personal and professional lives by giving them more time and resources to realize their dreams. We do this through business development process improvement, executive coaching, talent sourcing and business management for our clients. We use a hands-on approach, applying proven methods that propel people, processes and profits. We typically work best in situations where: > Owners or senior managers know there are issues that should be addressed, but struggle with how to do the right thing at the right time for the right reasons. > There are plenty of good ideas about how to make progress, but those ideas get lost in the crush of day-to-day challenges. > The processes and practices that originally worked for the organization are losing their effectiveness as the company grows and expands headcount. > There is a lack of clear definition of what ultimate success should look like because of miscommunication of goals and expectations. > Everyone knows there are challenges, but no one is sure if it’s a people problem, a management issue or a process challenge.
