Hey, Friend! I'm Niki. Founder of Grow & Gather Agency! As a daughter of two entrepreneurs, a passion for supporting small businesses was instilled in me from the start. It gave me a unique look into both the love small business owners pour into their companies, as well as the unique challenges they face. I understood that business for them was more than just a transaction - it was creating trusted relationships and lasting connections with their customers and clients. I’ve gravitated towards supporting the growth and success of small businesses ever since. After my mom passed away from cancer just 5 weeks into being a first-time mom, my values and perspectives on life were shifted and amplified. Waiting for "one day" was no longer an option... I felt called to put the pain I had gone through to purpose, and with my mom's heavenly guidance, I put my notice in at a job I really loved to pursue something bigger - my own business. A tug in my heart that had been there all along but needed a bigger pull. With a desire to create greater impact, dig deeper into my creativity than I ever have, and build a business centered around connection, Grow & Gather Agency was born. Inspired by a deep desire to cultivate community, and intertwining expertise and passion to support women-led small businesses, Grow & Gather emerges as more than just a marketing agency; it's a holistic approach that transcends social media and focuses on the importance of cultivating meaningful connections. Drawing from over a decade of expertise in marketing, event planning, and customer experience, I work to curate unique and impactful strategies that not only elevate brands but also foster enduring loyalty with their audiences. Outside of CEO, I am a Wife + Mom to two littles (and a Goldendoodle), residing in the suburbs of the Twin Cities (Minnesota).
