    Hey! We're RANTING about every VP of Sales who's first order of business is.....NEW SALES STAGES!!!! Believe it or not, as Revenue Operators we want the same things you want. We want to increase carry capacity, onboard reps quickly, make the process intuitive, have accurate forecasts. But it's impossible for us to build anything if every discount, term, and product bundle changes with every contract. We need some consistency and we don't want to slow down deals either. And of course not all sales leaders hate process. Look at Everett Berry at Clay who won't even say "Sales" and calls it "GTM Engineer." I've worked with him, he gets it. Makes sense since it's a company full of builders. So, Cheers to deal data being consistent on all objects, and being able to pull a list of all active customers and their next renewal date! TABLE STAKES.

We'd then jump on a call with them, ask them to share their screen and have THEM solve the problem with our guidance.
