?? October was Mental Health Awareness Month ?? In October, we hosted our first "Walk with Us" event, bringing together our team to raise awareness for suicide prevention and mental well-being. Employees met at our Operations building, where we walked a mile together. In the U.S., the construction industry faces a serious mental health crisis, with the second-highest rate of suicide among its members. We're proud to support this cause, encourage open conversations, and stand by our team in promoting a culture of care, support, and resilience. Our Line crews continue storm restoration efforts in Virginia after Hurricane Helene. Each morning they eat breakfast and then around 6:45 am, they gather for their daily safety meeting. Also in Virginia- sometimes you have to get out the ol' hooks and climb because getting a bucket truck to the pole is impossible. Field Service Technicians perform electrical apparatus work which consists of electrical testing, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and repair to electrical equipment.
