Today is Manufacturing Day! We celebrated the grand opening of Welspun World USA's new pillow manufacturing facility in Grove City. Welspun USA is part of the global conglomerate Welspun World. Its interests span home textiles, steel and infrastructure with a dedication to creating a more sustainable world. Welspun Living’s $12 million investment in the new Ohio facility marks a significant milestone in continued expansion. The new plant will create 50 jobs. American Nitrile is thrilled to have this incredible new mural displayed at our headquarters in Grove City, on behalf of the Ohio Commission for the United States Semiquincentennial 250th anniversary. This is a collaboration between the America 250-Ohio Commission, American Nitrile, and the City of Grove City. The mission of the America 250-Ohio Commission is to share Ohio's story through initiatives such as Ohio Firsts, and to highlight Ohioans who serve, including active military personnel, veterans, first responders, and medical professionals. The City of Grove City is the first municipality in Ohio to celebrate the upcoming 250th anniversary. The mural dedication will be held at our 2nd Annual Smokin' Hot Wing and Music Fest on Saturday, September 14th, at 3500 Southwest Bvld. in Grove City.
