Otter Learning recently held its 2024 Support Team offsite at the beautiful Green Turtle Bay Resort & Marina in Kentucky. Bringing our team together in this setting offered a crucial opportunity to bond, reflect, and collaborate on how best to enhance our support for our schools, team members and the communities we serve. Our time together wasn’t just about strategizing—it was about building stronger relationships and ensuring we’re aligned in our shared mission to make a meaningful impact in early education and the lives of children.
