Meet Zachary Gilcrease, our Technical Production/Quality Manager at Group O! Zach has been with the company for nearly 7 years, and during that time, he’s held various positions, including General Laborer, Quality Auditor, Production Lead, and several others. His expertise in communication and efficiency has given him extraordinary problem-solving skills, while his expertise in leadership has helped build strong teams and improve operational processes. What Zach loves most about working at Group O is our commitment to internal growth and development. From growing his own career to helping others succeed, he says seeing people excel within the company is one of the most rewarding parts of his job. Outside of work, Zach is a board game enthusiast with a nearly full shelving unit of games. He enjoys engine-building games that challenge his planning and efficiency skills.
