Hayley brings extensive experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and public policy, most recently serving as a Special Advisor in DOE’s Office of International Affairs, with prior key roles in DOE’s Loan Programs Office and the Office of the Secretary. Overseeing our flagship TradesForce campaign, Hayley will lead stakeholder coordination, develop strategic initiatives, oversee campaign execution, and support events and storytelling efforts to advance clean economy workforce solutions. Excited to announce that Grounded’s very own, Jon van Gelder will be speaking at Fest Forums on February 14 about how live events can drive climate action. In 2024, we partnered with the U.S. music industry to recruit thousands of clean energy workers through free concerts and festival integrations in four states. Now in 2025, we’re scaling this work nationwide and exploring how live event industry infrastructure can help regenerate entire ecosystems and support communities after natural disasters.
