The award was established by the GWPC Board to honor individuals who exemplify the organization’s mission of safeguarding the nation’s groundwater resources.

The Ground Water Protection Council (GWPC) awarded the Excellence in UIC Award to the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) today during the 2024 GWPC Annual Forum General Session.
