Ever wonder what they could do with abandoned malls? Well...Sapp Design Architects transformed this 100,000 square feet mall from the 1980's in Lebanon, MO into a beautiful and dynamic early learning facility for the community! The center integrates early education and healthcare, featuring a district preschool, a women’s and children’s health clinic, and family engagement spaces. Our Grooms Office Environments team loved partnering with Sapp and playing a role in specifying and installing furniture that enhances the center's functionality and aesthetic appeal. My favorite part of the architecture was a built in reading nook in every single classroom!

Project spotlight??? Midwest Premier at Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) underwent a $6.7 million renovation and expansion to enhance its role as a hub for private and corporate travel. The upgraded facility features new amenities such as aircraft charter hold rooms, a pilot's lounge, and the Four One Seven Room. The project underscores the airport's commitment to quality and economic growth, providing a welcoming front door for business leaders and VIPs visiting the Ozarks. We were honored to be selected to work on the specification and installation of commercial furniture for the Midwest Premier Springfield Aviation facility. We provided customized solutions that matched the facility's unique needs and planned the space, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
