This week we reported our full year 2024 financial results, and our team has driven amazing growth once again, with 33% revenue growth and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 43%.We also announced our first-ever share buyback program of $500 million, and that we have completed the redemption of all outstanding warrants. These are big milestones that underscore the strength of our business and confidence in Grindr's continued growth and potential. We're excited for another great year in 2025,?guiding to growth of 24% or higher and EBITDA of 41% or higher. AJ Balance and I recently spoke with?WIRED?about how we're integrating AI into the Grindr app. Several exciting features are currently in beta, and very much looking forward to seeing Summaries, for example, with more users soon. Our approach to GenAI is to build practical, user-friendly features without letting perfect be the enemy of the good. By launching products with minimum viable functionality, we can quickly gather user feedback, refine what works, and double down on things that are working for them. The massive platform shift we are living through gives all of us a chance to wake up every morning and think about ways to make the product better. It has been a massive transformational effort over the last two years to position Grindr to a place where we can build these types of products fast.?Comparing our tech from 2020–2023 to today, the difference is night and day.
