?? It is an honor to announce Harold Coleman as the recipient of the 2024 Jamie Smith Superintendent of the Year Award! ?? ? Harold is one of Griffco’s longest-serving employees and exemplifies the best qualities of a Superintendent — strong leadership, a commitment to safety and an unwavering dedication to excellence, both on and off the job site. His ability to guide teams, uphold the highest safety and quality standards, and deliver successful projects makes him a true asset to Griffco. Harold was also a long-time friend and colleague of Jamie's, making this recognition even more meaningful. ? Jamie Smith was one of Griffco's first employees, joining in 2008, and his legacy continues to inspire us all. After his passing from pancreatic cancer in 2019, we established this award to honor his impact, leadership, and friendship. It is only fitting that this year’s award goes to someone who knew Jamie well and carries on his spirit in every project he leads. ? Congratulations, Harold! This recognition is well-deserved! ??
