GridX Africa are excited to announce the successful installation of an advanced solar power systems at Ndutu Safari Lodge, one of Tanzania’s top safari destinations. This sustainable energy initiative is a significant step toward reducing the lodge’s environmental impact and supporting eco-friendly tourism. ?? Solar-Powered Safari Lodge:? The lodge is now fully powered by a 30kWp solar PV system and a 90kWh off-grid carport energy storage system. Built by us and in partnership with Knights and Apps Limited the systems provides a 100% clean, renewable energy, cutting reliance on Tanesco and diesel usage, reducing energy costs, and generating significant savings??. ?? Reliable, Clean Energy:? The 30kWp Jinko Panel ?ground-mounted system captures the abundant Tanzanian sunlight, while the 90kWh BYD LV Flex Battery stores surplus energy, ensuring a reliable and efficient power supply throughout the year. ?? With this solar installation, Ndutu Safari Lodge continues to lead the way in eco-conscious tourism, showing how the hospitality industry can thrive while minimizing its carbon footprint and supporting environmental conservation.
