How can businesses ensure confidence in the GenAI solutions they are increasingly using for customer and employee interactions? The first step is understanding the risks, and the next is implementing effective trust and safety measures. In a new Opus Research report, I provide an overview of the primary risks associated with the current generation of GenAI applications (those powered by LLMs). I also examine how enterprise solution providers, particularly CCaaS vendors, are addressing these risks. In addition, I explore specialized trust and safety vendors that offer robust safeguards for companies developing in-house GenAI solutions.
