Leonna joined the GRHRA Board to become more involved in our local #HR Community, build relationships with other #HRProfessionals and grow to her HR knowledge. Leonna's advice to someone just starting out in HR is to #HoldOnTight! Things are always changing and our days are never the same. You will see people on their best days and their worst days. Focus on being consistent, while not losing the human component. We are all in this together, working towards a common goal!
