Leveraging a background in special operations and the medical field to found a company that conducts medical prototype testing and product development for use in emergency services and military special operations. From beginnings with contracts in the department of defense, We’ve identified new areas for growth and partnership to continue growing the company and delivering quality results to key clients despite global market changes. Responsibilities include: Facilitate a four-phase assessment process for evaluating medical prototypes for use in special operations and emergency services. Test concepts and make recommendations on initial prototype. Maintain baseline use test while incorporating durability assessments. Cross reference data in competitor research to compile reports on product similarities and pricing. Coordinate with vendors to identify best clients for final product. Collaborate with strategic partners to push sales. Achievements: ? Successfully tested four medical product prototypes, facilitating development from prototype to product. Secured distribution and provided manufacturing solutions for implementation into special operations teams. ? Identified growth opportunities to secure contracts in the Department of Defense and in emergency services, maintaining a projected 10-15% annual growth.
