We are so grateful to have Amber back for 3 more years, she takes her role on the board seriously and is always eager to do more! For 15 years she has owned Dance by Design sharing her talents and passions with our community! She loves welcoming new businesses and supporting and encouraging existing businesses in Gretna! Amber is involved with our Gretna Chamber Events Committee because they provide good opportunities to meet and encourage other businesses in Gretna and... they are FUN! Bridgett Petzoldt, Project Manager for OPPD, brings to the Gretna Chamber Board a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and FUN! She attributes the Chamber's success to our members who support us through volunteering their talents, expertise and time. Part of her mission is to encourage more members and community to attend our Ribbon Cuttings that welcome new businesses to Gretna as this embodies the 'small town' feel that we are known for. Jennifer Rohwer came to the Gretna Chamber as a volunteer working to 'up' our social media game and boy did she! She quickly felt that serving on the Gretna Chamber Board is what she wanted to do. Her role as Sales Consultant and Spa Assistant with Aislinn Medical Spa has strengthened her understanding of the importance of being a parr of the Chamber. Building relationships, helping each other and having fun while doing it! We think she 'gets' it! Thank you for sharing your talents with us!

Jordan Makovicka is serving his first term on your Gretna Chamber Board. As a Gretna resident, he loves seeing the growth and progress, both within our community and our Chamber. He was instrumental in writing our new Conditional Grant application and serves on the Green Book and Nominations committees. As with his business, Makovicka Physical Therapy, Jordan has a service mentality, helping people do and feel their best! You may recognize this familiar face as she is involved with so much in our community! Janet Mann Barna, was selected as the 2024 Citizen of the Year. She has been your Gretna Days Parade Chairman for over 15 years! This is Janet's second time serving the Gretna Chamber Board, she is always willing to help wherever and whenever needed....mostly behind the scenes! She has been with Gretna Insurance Agency since 2000, purchasing the business in 2007. We appreciate her dedicated, easy going attitude in providing members different types of opportunities to build relationships within our community!

Let us introduce you to Liz Stratman, Director of Marketing for Hillcrest Health & Living! Liz serves as our Events Chair and brings loads of experience in event planning! She is a dog mom and loves to cheer on the Denver Broncos! Liz believes the connections made through the Gretna Chamber are invaluable....with a wealth of resources to access to further advance businesses. She acknowledges the importance of supporting other local businesses and feels the Gretna Chamber promotes just that! Thanks Liz for sharing your talents with our community and the Gretna Chamber!

A few weeks ago, the Gretna Chamber hosted our Annual Member Mixer event and we had some food items left, so with the help of Hy-Vee Gretna, we made a donation to the Gretna Neighbors food pantry! People helping people, it's the Gretna way!
