Another restaurant brand in CPH, this time for Noma alum Rosio Sanchez who launched her first taqueria, Hija de Sanchez, in 2015. By 2023, she’d expanded from Torvehallerne to 4 locations across the capital. With the opening of the fifth in Carlsberg Byen, we worked together to update the Hija brand. A reflection of Rosio’s uniquely modern take on traditional Mexican street food, the brand seeks a balance between expressive and elevated, structured and organic, vibrant and restrained.
