On the flip side, have you ever entered a room where connection, fun, and collaboration seemed to flow effortlessly?? The difference between these two scenarios often lies in whether the group is ?????????????????? or ????????????????????????.? ?????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ?????? ??????????????????????????? Our nervous system operates in three primary states, profoundly shaping how we show up and interact:? 1. ?????????????????? ??????????: This is our "flow state"—a calm, comfortable, and safe way of being. In this state, creativity, joy, connection, and balance thrive.? 2. ???????????????????????? ??????????: Dysregulation happens when we leave that safe zone. Sometimes, we seek this state voluntarily (e.g., chasing thrills like roller coasters). At other times, external triggers—like unexpected criticism or conflict—push us into discomfort, eroding our sense of safety in mind and body.? 3. ????-?????????????????? ??????????: Co-regulation occurs when people create an environment of mutual safety, understanding, and support.
