Exciting progress is underway for the Kelley's Landing master plan project! In partnership with CivicLex and The Fund for Greater Lexington, we have spearheaded public input on the project and have received feedback from more than 1,000 Lexington residents to determine what types of amenities will be in the park. Take a first look at GBT Realty's River North development! This hotel and residential development, designed by Gresham Smith, will be the first phase of the larger River North project. The mixed-use tower will feature ground-level retail, co-working space, a hotel and multifamily units. “The proposed structure will have unmatched 360-degree views of the more than $2 billion future domed stadium for the Tennessee Titans, as well as the downtown skyline, Germantown, East Nashville and Oracle’s world headquarters campus,” George Tomlin, founder and CEO of GBT Realty, said in a release. “We’re excited to share this initial look at what is to come.” ??
