Exciting progress is underway for the Kelley's Landing master plan project! In partnership with CivicLex and The Fund for Greater Lexington, we have spearheaded public input on the project and have received feedback from more than 1,000 Lexington residents to determine what types of amenities will be in the park. When complete, the 30 -acre park will be the only public access to the Kentucky River. Read more about the project from Lexington Herald-Leader:

Take a first look at GBT Realty's River North development! This hotel and residential development, designed by Gresham Smith, will be the first phase of the larger River North project. The mixed-use tower will feature ground-level retail, co-working space, a hotel and multifamily units. “The proposed structure will have unmatched 360-degree views of the more than $2 billion future domed stadium for the Tennessee Titans, as well as the downtown skyline, Germantown, East Nashville and Oracle’s world headquarters campus,” George Tomlin, founder and CEO of GBT Realty, said in a release. “We’re excited to share this initial look at what is to come.” ?? ?? ?? Last week, we received five awards in the #Tennessee chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)'s 2024 #Engineering Excellence Awards program! Water Resource Engineer Scott McAmis and Transportation Engineer Ruth Park were both named in the Young Professional of the Year category, while West Tennessee State Transportation Leader Greg Dotson received the Community Impact Award.
