This #TechnicianTuesday, we're shining the spotlight on JP Russ, who has been in our Gregory Poole family for the past two years. JP has been mastering his craft as a Shop Technician at our Fayetteville location. Starting out as a Compact Construction Equipment Technician I, JP's passion and dedication quickly earned him a promotion to a Compact Construction Equipment Shop Technician. Looking back on his time here, JP shares, “Gregory Poole has been a great place to make a career and grow as a technician. Gregory Poole gives me the opportunity to do what I do best every day.” It's clear that JP is not just doing his job—he's living his passion. His supervisor has nothing but praise, saying, “JP surprises us daily by how fast he has grown as a technician. He has become a top performer in the shop in the two years he has been here. I can depend on JP to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. He is also a mentor to younger technicians and does a great job guiding them in the right direction.” But JP isn't all work and no play. When he's off the clock, you'll find him tearing up the trails on his four-wheeler, tinkering with his beloved fox body Mustang, or out hunting and fishing.
