As Black Women, we have been the backbone of workplaces, families, and even presidential elections—but at what cost? After giving so much of ourselves in the last election, many of us are left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and simply done. We have worked hard, we have shown up, and now, it is time to ask: What about us?
