  • For our March project profile, we’re featuring Interlake Solar, a 2.9 MW DC ground-mounted solar facility in Geneva, NY. Since November 2016, Interlake has been generating approximately 3 GWh annually, supplying around 10% of Ithaca College’s electricity needs through a 25-year virtual net metering agreement. As a key part of GSI’s solar portfolio, Interlake Solar plays a vital role in advancing clean energy and building a more sustainable future. ????

  • For February’s project profile, we are highlighting our Willow Hill portfolio, which includes two ground-mounted solar projects in Massachusetts. Willow Hill Lenox – A 540 kW DC solar facility in Lenox, Massachusetts. This project sells net metering credits to a private low-income housing offtaker and has been in commercial operation since April 2017. Willow Hill Lee – A 2,200 kW DC fixed-tilt solar project located on a closed industrial landfill in Lee, Massachusetts. The project utilizes a combination of ballasted and pile foundations for its installation and provides net metering credits to the Towns of Lee and Lenox. It became operational in April 2017. Both projects generate and sell renewable energy certificates under the Massachusetts SREC II program. Contributing a combined 2.75 MW DC of energy production, the Willow Hill solar projects play a key role in our renewable energy portfolio and support our vision of creating a more sustainable future.
