Congratulations to KC Streetcar for achieving LEED Gold certification! GCG was engaged to manage the LEED certification for this campus project. Both buildings achieved Exemplary Performance for material tracking credits: BPDO EPD and IEQ Low-Emitting Materials. Also commendable, 85% of the construction waste was diverted on the Annex building and 93% was diverted on the Vehicle Maintenance building. Credit to JE Dunn, HNTB and the KC Transportation Authority!

University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire students recently conducted comprehensive air and water quality testing at the Sonnentag events center on campus, contributing to the pursuit of the WELL Health-Safety Rating! This in-depth testing and analysis ensures the Sonnentag meets strict standards for environmental quality with respect to air in the breathing zone and water used for human consumption enhancing safety for all building users. Greenwood Consulting Group LLC is proud to have partnered with #UWEC to use #LEED and #WELL as teaching tools providing students with hands-on, real-world experience in sustainable practices, reinforcing the importance of healthy indoor environments.
