Congratulations to the Pickens YMCA, Pickens County Council, Rep. Neal Collins, and Pickens County First Steps for keeping childcare needs in our community at the forefront of discussions. Innovative public and private partnerships like this will help ensure Upstate families have access to quality childcare!
Half of Pickens County is in a childcare desert. Leaders hope $500K can change that.
