What a Week for Visions Quality Coatings! This past week has been a whirlwind of exciting events and opportunities for Visions! At the Habitat for Humanity Large ReStore Symposium hosted by Habitat for Humanity LA, we had the privilege of connecting with our incredible Habitat ReStore partners and discussing how our premium re-manufactured paint can bring even greater value to their stores. We're also thrilled about the potential new partnerships that will help make sustainable paint more accessible to communities everywhere! On November 13, we participated in Green Technology's Green California Schools and Higher Education Summit and Exposition, where we engaged with school districts and organizations to promote sustainable building practices. This event was instrumental in showcasing how our high-quality recycled paint is the perfect fit for environmentally conscious building projects. This week, we participated in the K12 Sustainability Conference in Pasadena, organized by GreenTechnology.org. Seeley kicked off the event, setting the stage for a presentation on our innovative high-performance hybridized cooling and heating solutions. These solutions not only address various concerns in school classrooms but also contribute to the efficiency of the electricity grid, particularly during extreme hot temperature days and peak heating periods. We appreciate everyone who joined our session and explored our demonstration unit to discover additional ways to make a positive impact. Established on the first Earth Day in April 1970, SCS is headquartered in Long Beach, CA. Our work comes from public and private sector clients; we provide comprehensive solid waste services, including waste characterization studies, zero waste plans, collection and disposal analyses, and community outreach and engagement programs to encourage responsible waste reduction, reuse, and recycling. Currently, we are helping clients, including schools, affected by SB 1383 with methods and tools to reduce wasted food and recover and recycle food scraps.
