Delicious apples and peaches aren't the only point of pride at Brixstone Farms located in Bear Lake, MI! ?????? They're also MAEAP (Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program) certified and understand the practicality of crop insurance protection ? When current owner Keaton Foster took over the farm, his decision to maintain the previous owner's crop insurance policy paid off big time. "Our first year on the farm, we ended up getting a big freeze as well as a hailstorm that ended up taking out some of our trees," Keaton explained. "If it wasn't for our coverage through the existing policy, I think things would have turned out a lot different for us that first year."
