The event offered a great opportunity to learn about Greenleaf and their journey in commercial real estate. ?? ?? New investment opportunity ?? ?? Greenleaf is excited to present the latest opportunity in our debt investment portfolio: The Stephenville Development Loan: Part 1. This will be our 8th debt deal! Southwestern Financial Group, Inc. acquired 93 acres of land in March 2023, and entitled, engineered, and prepared it for horizontal development over the past 2 years. Now, it is ready for construction and Greenleaf gets to jump in at the perfect time since the land is de-risked. The project will include 394 one-to-three bedroom homes, and 56 townhomes with the vertical start by year-end 2025. With the lower cost of living, build-to-rent affordable single-family housing here is in high demand.
