We’re excited to highlight members of our executive leadership team, starting with Stephanie Farrell, our Executive Director of Human Resources. What inspired you to pursue a career in hospitality? Growing up, my family's business was Funeral Homes and I knew I wanted to align my career in a way that equally allowed me to care for people. That is where my love for Hospitality and Human Resources came from. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? That is easy - PIZZA! What upcoming project are you most excited about? I am really looking forward to the new Kalamazoo Country Club opening. This space is going to be fabulous for our staff and our membership. There has been so much thought, preparation and strategic planning that has gone into this new facility, and I cannot wait to see it open and be completely operational on a busy summer day! What’s a fun fact most people don’t know about you? I love sports and I held my high school's Women's Basketball record for the most 3 pointers in one game.
