Earlier this month, the Greenacre Properties team joined forces with Tampa Bay Watch at MacDill Air Force Base to support critical marine habitat restoration efforts. 🦪💪 Our volunteers spent the morning shoveling oyster shells into mesh bags and transporting them by boat to help construct an oyster shell bar along the shoreline. This project helps restore lost habitat, supports new oyster growth, improves water quality, and provides a vital food source and shelter for native species.
