Green Qween is an LGBTQ+ cannabis retail company that seeks to support LGBTQ+ and minority owned consumer brands while creating an inviting retail environment for all. As a social enterprise and community-driven organization, we are reclaiming and honoring the deep history of LGBTQIA+ activism within the cannabis movement. Inspired by the early medical dispensaries of the Castro that provided relief to those affected by HIV/AIDS, Green Qween is creating a new legacy by supporting marginalized brands and giving back to our community in meaningful ways. Our mission is to ensure that the cannabis industry reflects the diversity and resilience of our community. That’s why we incubate LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and women-owned brands, providing them a platform in an industry that is often difficult to break into. A portion of our profits goes toward funding the DTLA Proud LGBTQ+ Community Center-- supporting housing, employment, health, and legal services for LGBTQIA+ individuals. We’re not just imagining a better future for cannabis—we’re actively building it. Every step we take is rooted in our commitment to give back, create pathways for marginalized communities, and elevate queer representation in cannabis. At Green Qween, we believe in retail with a purpose—where every purchase supports a more inclusive industry and community.
