What goes up must come down! ?? We know releasing balloons can be a special way to honor someone, but remember—what goes up must come down. Often, balloons end up in oceans and waterways, where they can harm (and eventually kill) sea turtles, birds, and other wildlife who mistake them for food. ?? Here are some thoughtful, eco-friendly ways to remember a loved one while caring for the planet: ?? Plant a Tree or Garden: Create a living tribute that grows and supports local wildlife. ?? Memory Stones: Decorate rocks with messages and place them somewhere meaningful. ?? Memory Walk: Gather friends or family for a walk in nature, sharing stories and honoring memories together. ?? Support a Cause: Donate or volunteer in their name to make a positive impact in their honor. Any other ideas you’d add?
