Overnight Brisket on the GMG Prime 2.0! ????? Send this to the friends and family that are going to join the BBQ this weekend ?? Recipe from 406_bbq below ??? ? Instructions:? ? 1. You are going to put your brisket into your smoker at 9pm at 180 degrees for 9 hours. I seasoned with blazingstarbbq? 2. At 6am you are going to turn your smoker to 250 degrees or 275 depending if your smoker runs colder.? 3. When you see that your brisket is only 170 degrees or less, do not panic. We weren’t really trying to cook the brisket but give it extra smoke and slowly match the cook with your sleep schedule.? 4. When the brisket hits 185 degrees, wrap the bottom in foil to protect the bottom and sides from the heat that surrounds it from the deflector plate. Turn your smoker to 275 to finish the cook? 5. Once your brisket is probing like butter around 201-203, wrap in foil and let it rest at room temperature for at least one hour to stop the cooking process.? 6. Start with a 3 bone short rib, trim off all the fat and silver skin Place the ribs in the brine for 10 days (brine recipe in the video ??)
