That’s why, when we designed Trillium Townhomes at Rose Villa Senior Living, we made sure every residence has a deck that balances the comfort of privacy with the warmth of community connection. Whether it's hosting a small gathering or enjoying quiet moments with a book, a deck can make all the difference during the changing seasons. Looking to transform your home? We are inspired by Mamook Tokatee, a vibrant, community-centered development that celebrates Native American culture through art and architecture. Named for the Chinook Wawa phrase “make beautiful”, Mamook Tokatee offers 56 affordable apartments in Portland's Cully neighborhood. In addition to housing, the building offers dedicated spaces for community programs and art creation, fostering a sense of connection and cultural expression. The project was designed by Carleton Hart Architecture PC, built by LMC Construction, and is co-owned by Naive American Youth and Family Center (NAYA) and Community Development Partners. By blending affordable housing with spaces that honor and uplift Native American heritage, Mamook Tokatee is truly a place where community and culture thrive.
